We have focused on small to medium businesses for most of our careers.  Most of the management team has worked together for more than 30 years.  

 

Our strategy at Syndicated Insurance Resources, is to offer products and services to employers which augment their ability to remain flexible and allow growth supported by a reliable workforce.

In some cases, our clients can benefit from a competitive insurance product.  In other cases, we can use staffing, co-employment or menu-driven human resource products to allow companies to focus on their core competency.   After all, a company's greatest asset is the people who work there.
